When you request nexRef, we record your identity, business contact details, country, intended use, product-news choice, accepted disclaimer version, date, IP address, technical browser information, our decision, and the email and download history. We use this information to review the request, secure access, and retain evidence of authorization. An approved request remains active while you use nexRef. When you tell us that use has ended, the data is retained for 24 months and then deleted. A rejected request is deleted 24 months after the decision. You may report the end of use, withdraw marketing consent, or exercise your rights at any time by contacting info@nexio.ch.
