Two serial ports
Connect two serial instruments to the same device instead of deploying two nexBox units side by side.

Two serial ports, one nexBox
nexBox-Dual is the two serial port version of nexBox. It avoids deploying two enclosures when an autorefractor and a lensmeter share the same workstation, for example at reception. It can also directly connect two instruments from different brands that do not communicate natively, such as a NIDEK autorefractor and a Topcon refractor, while keeping the same network integration base as nexBox.
Compatible with leading manufacturers
nexBox-Dual keeps the nexBox approach and adds two independent serial ports. One enclosure can connect two instruments to the network or bridge devices that do not communicate natively.

The two serial ports host two instruments that sit close to each other. nexBox-Dual then sends their flows to the EHR, HIS, PACS, or an API without adding a second nexBox to the workstation.
When two instruments share one workstation, stacking gateways adds cabling, power supplies, and installation points. nexBox-Dual gathers both serial links in one enclosure.

An autorefractor and a lensmeter at reception can share the same network connection.
Make instruments from different brands communicate when they are not natively compatible.
Protocols, integration model, and 24/7 operation stay aligned with nexBox.
The technical platform remains nexBox. The width grows to 96.6 mm to fit both serial ports.
